Lecturing, writing, speaking and consulting to businesses are another large aspect of my work.

Lecturing
Currently lecturing at Nature Care College in St Leonards and University of Western Sydney. My subject areas are Well Workplaces, Aromatherapy, Herbal Medicine, Pharmacognosy, Botany and Medicinal Plant Identification.

Writing
Lecture notes and courses, national and international peer reviewed journals and magazines.

Speaking
Speaking with small interest groups to addressing hundreds of people at national conferences and workplaces.

Consulting to businesses
Introducing aromatherapy concepts to the workplaces and aged care facilities.
Healthy catering options for corporations especially sales meetings where the poor choice of food, soggy sandwiches and cakes seem to be the only food offered.
